We are seeking an experienced Sales Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution person to join Accelerain. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and executing strategies, including with our Sales Tech Consulting division, to improve sales performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve sales and revenue objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies
  • Drive execution across the global field sales teams to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Focus on driving concepts to execution with sales outcomes as a priority
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of Sales Technology and AI Sales Techn Tools
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or strategy roles within the technology industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
